height: 24px;\"><\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n                \n\n<div class=\"kksr-legend\" style=\"font-size: 19.2px;\">\n            <span class=\"kksr-muted\">Rate this post<\/span>\n    <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<h3 id=\"document-title\" class=\"entry-title\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dangerous_Consequences_of_Laziness_for_Pregnant_Mothers\"><\/span>Dangerous Consequences of Laziness for Pregnant Mothers<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"content-detail\">\n<div class=\"news-meta-info\">The Head of Obstetrics Affairs of Treatment Deputy of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences called the inactivity of pregnant mothers a serious health problem in today&#8217;s society.<br \/>\nShiva Kazemi considered pregnancy a completely natural phenomenon and stated: \u201cNo special or emergency care is needed during pregnancy, unless the mother already has an underlying illness or is facing other problems and needs care according to the diagnosis of a gynecologist.\u201d<br \/>\nShe added: \u201cIn cases where the mother is healthy and does not have any special problems, no special care is needed and the pregnant mother easily spends her pregnancy without any problems.\u201d<br \/>\nKazemi stated: \u201cUnfortunately, we see that in today&#8217;s lifestyle, pregnant mothers, especially mothers who are experiencing pregnancy for the first time, change their lifestyle and stop or reduce all their movements.\u201d <\/div>\n<h6 class=\"news-meta-info\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"i\"><\/span>.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h6>\n<div class=\"news-meta-info\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"news-meta-info\">She added: &#8220;Many pregnant mothers walk more slowly after learning about their pregnancy, rest more, and do not even do their normal and daily tasks.<br \/>\n&#8221; Kazemi stated that the inactivity of pregnant mothers has become a serious health problem, and said: &#8220;This inactivity poses very serious risks to mothers and their fetuses, which they are unaware of.<br \/>\n&#8221; The official added: &#8220;The first risk that threatens pregnant mothers due to inactivity is the risk of developing diabetes, because during pregnancy, the mother&#8217;s body produces sugar to meet the needs of the fetus, and when the mother constantly eats and does not move, a lot of sugar is produced that is not consumed, and this accumulated sugar can lead to diabetes in pregnant mothers.<br \/>\n&#8221; She added: &#8220;Also, this large amount of sugar reaches the fetus through the umbilical cord, causing obesity and enlargement of the fetus, and after the baby is born, separation from this huge source of sugar causes the baby to suffer from low blood sugar and there is also a possibility of it falling into a coma.&#8221; <\/div>\n<div class=\"news-meta-info\"><\/div>\n<h6 class=\"news-meta-info\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"i-2\"><\/span>\/<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h6>\n<div class=\"news-meta-info\">Kazemi described another serious threat in this regard as the excessive concentration of the mother&#8217;s blood and its clotting and the increased likelihood of embolism, adding: &#8220;During pregnancy, the mother&#8217;s blood naturally becomes concentrated, because it must be able to meet the needs of the fetus by increasing blood volume.&#8221;<br \/>\nShe added: &#8220;In such circumstances, if the pregnant mother does not move, the blood flow speed, which decreases due to the increase in concentration, will decrease further, and in this case, the likelihood of blood clotting increases, especially in the lower limbs, which can lead to embolism.&#8221;<br \/>\nThe Head of Obstetrics Affairs at the Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences noted:<\/div>\n<div class=\"news-meta-info\">\u201cCurrently, inactivity has caused many pregnant mothers to receive anticoagulant treatment,<\/div>\n<div class=\"news-meta-info\">which is very dangerous if they need an emergency cesarean section, because the blood does not stop.\u201d<\/div>\n<h6 class=\"news-meta-info\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"i-3\"><\/span>\/<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h6>\n<div class=\"news-meta-info\">\nKazemi stated that laziness of pregnant mothers carries the risks of obesity for them and the fetus, and<\/div>\n<div class=\"news-meta-info\">said: \u201cThis obesity can cause many problems during childbirth <\/div>\n<div class=\"news-meta-info\">and greatly increases the risk of infection if a cesarean section is performed.\u201d<br \/>\nShe added: \u201cAll these problems can be prevented by doing normal and daily exercises <\/div>\n<div class=\"news-meta-info\">and walking for half an hour daily.\u201d<br \/>\nThe Head of Obstetrics Affairs stated: \u201cIt is a misconception that running, going up and down stairs, <\/div>\n<div class=\"news-meta-info\">and walking fast can cause miscarriage, and it is avoiding these exercises<\/div>\n<div class=\"news-meta-info\">that can cause problems for the mother and fetus.\u201d<\/div>\n<div class=\"news-meta-info\"><\/div>\n<h6 class=\"news-meta-info\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"i-4\"><\/span>.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h6>\n<div class=\"news-meta-info\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"news-meta-info\">She added: \u201cWomen in the past did many things during the day, <\/div>\n<div class=\"news-meta-info\">for example, hand sweeping was the best exercise for their muscles and for easy childbirth.\u201d<br \/>\nKazemi stated: &#8220;Unfortunately, many pregnant mothers today do not even do their normal and daily household chores <\/div>\n<div class=\"news-meta-info\">for fear that something will happen to their fetus,<\/div>\n<div class=\"news-meta-info\">while the opposite is true<\/div>\n<div class=\"news-meta-info\">and inactivity can be detrimental to them and their child.&#8221;<br \/>\nShe added: &#8220;Doing exercise, even competitive and stretching exercises, is not prohibited during pregnancy, <\/div>\n<div class=\"news-meta-info\">and according to God&#8217;s creation, the fetus is protected by its own body and muscles,<\/div>\n<div class=\"news-meta-info\">and pregnant mothers can easily go about their normal and daily chores.&#8221;<br \/>\nKazemi stated: &#8220;Currently, childbirth preparation classes are held free of charge in most health centers, <\/div>\n<div class=\"news-meta-info\">and we urge pregnant mothers to participate in these classes.&#8221;\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"description entry-content\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"file_list\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"image_list\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"post-meta-data\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dangerous Consequences of Laziness for Pregnant Mothers &nbsp;
