How do I know which sanitary pads to choose?

If your bleeding is heavy, using an extra-large size winged sanitary pad is a good choice for extra protection.
If your bleeding is light, you may be more comfortable with a large, medium, or smaller size sanitary pad.
We recommend you to start with highly absorbent, large-sized pads and change your pad size once you have a good understanding of your bleeding.
