Praise and gratitude to the God, the Almighty, under whose infinite grace, the great family of Bushehr Polymer Industrial Group was able to take great steps and achieve remarkable successes through the relentless efforts of all employees to achieve its lofty goals to support Iranian labor and capital, improve service to the community, and improve health and hygiene as well as creating employment as the main and fundamental axes of its activities. It is hoped that in the year to come, these efforts will continue in line with achieving our vision, maintaining and enhancing the Group’s superior position, and increasing the quality and satisfaction of the stakeholders.
As all colleagues working in the Group know, the year 2015 is ending with all its small and big ups and downs. In 2013, 2014, and 2015, Bushehr Polymer Industrial Group has taken effective and optimal measures to improve the organization, employee knowledge, and customer orientation by launching Systems Engineering, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Market Research and Development departments as well as a public relations department.

In 2015, this industrial Group provided solutions for developing marketing, advertising, sales, and effective customer relationship activities in the domestic and foreign markets which, inter alia, by launching a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Department and equipping this department with state-of-the-art software and expert human resources, it has taken effective steps in developing customer relationships.
We are going to begin 2016 while the lifting of sanctions and the JCPOA agreements will have their two-way effects on domestic and foreign markets. Therefore, the forecast of the upcoming issues in the coming year has been discussed with great delicacy in the Group’s Board of Directors, and the available solutions have been predicted and planned to use the opportunities and confront possible threats so that the company’s growing trend continues in all sectors.
We will also strive to develop the quality and quantity of products and their diversity by using modern management and technological methods.
In this regard, we are determined to strive to meet the needs of the marketing, production, sales, and CRM departments with the support and assistance of administrative – support, human resources, quality assurance, procurement, and public relations departments.
Our promise to our customers in 2016 is to supply quality products in accordance with the latest technologies in the world according to international and national standards.
And the final words are very appropriate; I would like to thank and appreciate all those involved in preparing and editing the newsletter for their efforts to provide appropriate technical and content infrastructure in introducing Bushehr Polymer Industrial Group. I would also like to congratulate all employees of Bushehr Polymer Industrial Group and all stakeholders and consumers of the Group’s products on the arrival of the ancient Nowruz of 2016; I hope that the New Year will be a year full of happiness, success, and pride for all the dear people of Iran, and health and reaching the pinnacle of human perfection be fulfilled for all people.
