How to Use a Sanitary Pad
- Remove the strip underneath the sanitary pad, which is the cover of adhesive part of the pad.

- Then press the sanitary pad into place until it is secure.

- Using a Napkin Instead of a Sanitary Pad
- If you use cloth napkins instead of sanitary pads, consider the following points:
- Change used cloth napkins frequently.
